Armrest HDPE BLOW MOULDING plastic stadium seat with a stand made up of aluminium pressure die casting with powder coated finished, corrosion resistant aluminium frame. The moulded seat shall be produced from HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene), formulated with ultraviolet light stabilization and anti-static inhibitors. No screws, bolts or mechanical fixings shall be used to attach the plastic seating components to the steelwork. The seat shall be capable of being sprung back to the fully upright position for improved stadium access and cleaning. The seat shall incorporate a full lower back to eliminate interference from the feet of the people behind. The seat shall be guaranteed to maintain its original colour with minimal fading for a three year guarantee period. The seat shall feature a ergonomic contour to provide a balance of patron comfort, performance and flexibility, whilst maintaining its full strength. The seats and the backrest fit perfectly and protected from dirt and dust. Seats shall be installed individually on tier as per manufacturer specifications

Technical Details:

Seat & Back made up of HDPE Blow moulded Plastic material with minimum wall thickness should be 3.0 to 5 mm. The HDPE material must be UV resisted. The tip up mechanism should be made up of sheet metal press parts of 1.6 mm thick, bent to seat contour shape. ? Stand should be made up of Aluminium pressure die casting material. Stand should be powder coated finished. ? Fitting should be with M 8 x 75 mm anchor fasteners with chemicals bonding properties. Non corrosive seat & row numbering to be provided for easy traceability. Row indicator is a must on Aisle side for traceability of rows.
